A little about who we are, and what we do
Sarah and David are Oxfordshire beekeepers who produce small-batch, local honey that is sustainably made.
Our gentle bees are carefully managed, and find forage in the Oxfordshire countryside surrounding their apiaries in Yarnton and Kirtlington.
What makes our honey so very special?
We gather honey from our bees regularly through spring and summer months, and the product varies with each batch, depending on which flowers the bees decide to visit to gather the sweet nectar from that they turn in to honey.
Each batch of honey that is produced through the year is slightly different, and will have its own unique character depending on the flowers that are in bloom during spring and summer.
Unlike mass-produced 'supermarket' honey, we never blend, heat-treat, refine or introduce additives of any kind to any of our honey, which is pure and unrefined. This means that pollen grains will be present in our honey, which adds to the wholesome goodness and is reputed to help with allergies to local pollen.
If you'd like to purchase our honey, just get in touch to arrange a direct sale for doorstep collection. We harvest limited batches of honey throughout the season, which sell out fast, so do contact us for availability.
